Psychometrician

About Me

I am a Senior Psychometrician within the Patient-Centered Outcomes Assessment team at RTI Health Solutions. I earned my PhD in quantitative psychology and master’s degrees in quantitative psychology and applied statistics from The Ohio State University, and was previously an Assistant Professor within the School of Behavioral Health at Loma Linda University. My research interests focus on psychometric methods, with an emphasis on generalized latent variable modeling (i.e., multilevel, structural equation, item response theory). My research attempts to balance between advancements in quantitative methods and software implementation to make these advancements more accessible to other researchers.
